PATHHEAD PLAYERS

Welcome to the Pathhead Players web pages, we hope you find something in here to interest you.
You will find details of our next production, including where to get tickets. If it’s difficult to get to any of the shops in Pathhead or Mayfield or if you aren’t sure who our members are, just use the ‘contact us’ button at the bottom of the page to email us. We’ll be happy to help and make sure you do get your tickets. For most productions tickets are available at the door on the night. Remember too, that your ticket includes an interval cup of tea and biscuit.
If you harbour long held, unfulfilled ambitions to 'tread the boards' and try even a small part on stage or remember when you did it before and enjoyed it, maybe at school, before the kids came along or work and other things got in the way. Or maybe you haven't given much thought of what goes on behind the scenes, just how things are planned and worked out in terms of scenery, lighting, sound and why the clock barks instead of chiming. So we've included information on where and when we meet on this page.
We’ve included some photographs from past productions, so why not take a while to leaf through them, you may remember being in the audience, or even recognise yourself on stage.
Drama has featured in Pathhead village life for many years and we have some of the history of it here, but there is much more to discover as we found out through the historical exhibition held in Pathhead primary School in September 2007.
Could you help by aiding the stage crew, helping with costumes or providing a helping hand during the week of the show? We'd be pleased to see you.
